We are a small hobby kennel located in Collinsville, IL just 15 minutes east of St. Louis.  I have fallen in love with the breed over 25 years ago when I acquired my first show puppy.  I have since bred many wonderful dogs that have excelled in the conformation, agility and obedience ring.  I do not breed often, only when I am ready for my next project.  Having always been an Indy Car Racing enthusiast, I chose the kennel name "Polesitter" as it is the fastest qualifier and has the best advantage in the race.  We have used this thinking in our breeding program so that we produce puppies that have the best advantage of excelling as pets in your home or as competitors in the show or competition ring.  My devotion to the breed has taken most of my free time and I do not get to watch or attend many races anymore, but I still like to incorporate the racing theme in my dog's names.
